Xiaomi is going to introduce not only the Smart Band 8 in the global market, but also its simplified version.

The information was shared by the portal Appuals. The novelty will be called Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Active. The gadget will get a 1.47-inch TFT display with a resolution of 172×320p, brightness of 500 nits and 247ppi. The bracelet will have water protection (5ATM), Bluetooth 5.1, 3-axis accelerometer, heart rate monitor, and a sensor for SpO2 measurement. The novelty will be able to monitor sleep and different types of activity. The gadget should be powered by a 210 mAh battery. It will be enough for up to 14 days of work of the device.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Active will be released today, 26 September, in Berlin. The gadget will cost 40 euros in Europe. By the way, the novelty will be shown together with Xiaomi Smart Band 8, Xiaomi 13T line of smartphones and Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro.
