Bridgestone har tagit fram nya däck speciellt för Porsche Macan Electric och Panamera
Bridgestone has created bespoke tyres for the Porsche Macan Electric and Porsche Panamera. Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres are available for both car models, while the Blizzak LM005 winter tyres are also available separately for the Panamera. These are the first Bridgestone winter tyres created specifically for Porsche.
Here's What We Know
The tread pattern and rubber compound of the Potenza Sport tyre for the Porsche Macan Electric takes into account the sporty dynamics of the car, its high weight due to the traction battery and the high torque of the electric motors. The tyre manufacturer promises "maximum handling on dry, wet roads and at high speed" as well as high braking performance, comfort and optimised rolling resistance to support a driving range of around 600 km.
Developed and manufactured in Europe, Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres for the Macan Electric are available worldwide in six sizes, in 20'', 21'' and 22'' diameters.
For the Porsche Panamera, Japanese Bridgestone offers two tyre versions: the 21-inch Potenza Sport summer tyres and the 20-inch Blizzak LM005 winter tyres. The summer tyres improve sporty performance and driving comfort, while the winter tyres provide reliable grip on snow and ice. These tyres are also designed and manufactured in Europe.

It should be noted that Bridgestone is not the only world-renowned tyre manufacturer that has recently created tyres specifically for the electric car. In particular, Continental recently revealed its new EcoContact 7 summer tyre range.
