Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku studio announced some great news for those who prefer to play new games on Steam Deck.

The Japanese developer announced that dynamic and colourful action game Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii will be fully compatible with the popular handheld console from Valve from the first day.
This means that Ryu Ga Gotoku employees and Valve engineers made sure that the game works correctly and guarantee that gamers will have no problems with installation and launching Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii on Steam Deck.

Flashback
The main character of Like a Dragon will be the charismatic one-eyed Yakuza member Goro Majima, who, after the events of the previous instalments, has lost his memory, left his native Japan and as a pirate will find himself in a number of adventures in Hawaii.
The story of Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is set in the present day, but the style and atmosphere echo elements of the XV-XVI centuries (sailing ships, characteristic costumes, fights with cold weapons), which gives the game even more eccentricity.
Goro Majima will gather a gang, equip an ancient sailing frigate and set out for adventure, sea battles and unexpected twists of fate.
When We Can Expect It
Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii will be released on 20 February 2025 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
