Wargaming presenterar nya Steel Hunters-spelet - en gratis mech-shooter som kombinerar Battle Royale och Extraction-läge
At The Game Awards 2024, Wargaming, a well-known developer and publisher of online games such as World of Tanks and World of Warships, presented its new original game Steel Hunters, a free-to-play mech shooter that combines the mechanics of battle royale and Extraction mode.
Here's What We Know
In Steel Hunters, players control powerful mechanical giants known as Hunters and take part in dynamic battles, completing various tasks, leveling up and getting new equipment. Each Hunter has its own unique playstyle and abilities, allowing you to use different tactics to achieve victory.
The game takes place in a futuristic world where humanity is fighting for survival after a disaster. Hunters were created to protect the rare resource Starfall, and they are used in the struggle for control of this resource in the abandoned territories.

Key features:
- A new take on Battle Royale and Extraction - The game combines the mechanics of Hero shooters, Battle Royale and Extraction. Players engage in battles with a unique Hunter in a PvPvE arena, pursuing various objectives to level up and acquire equipment. It all culminates in a final battle at the extraction point.
- Master iconic mechanical giants - The fun of Steel Hunters is learning and mastering the different Hunters, and using their ability sets and progression systems in the most effective way possible.
