Here's What We Know

You start with a small restaurant where the atmosphere is more important than the number of visitors. The front door opens to the melody of a wooden bell, and the eyes of the first guests look at you, waiting for... no, not sushi with salmon, but your attention. Someone wants to order a matcha latte, another wants warm chicken ramen. Meanwhile, you are deciding whether to decorate the walls with calligraphy scrolls or arrange a mini-waterfall in the hall to set your visitors in a relaxing mood.

Everything is important here: not only how delicious the miso soup smells, but also how guests feel in your restaurant. We add a fountain, change the lighting to warm, put a kimono on the wall. All this affects visitors and turns you not into a simple restaurateur, but into a real Japanese host who lives by the principle of omotenashi, or absolute hospitality.
